POLÍTICA DE DEVOLUCIONES Y CANCELACIONES

La experiencia de compra en la tienda online elcalordelhogar resulta sumamente placentera y satisface tus necesidades. Por lo tanto, si su pedido es devuelto, nuestra política de cambios y devoluciones será conforme a la legislación vigente (Ley N° 8.078, de 11 de septiembre de 1990, de Protección al Consumidor).

El plazo máximo para solicitar la devolución es de 7 (siete) días naturales a partir de la fecha de recepción del pedido (de conformidad con el artículo 49 de la Ley de Protección al Consumidor). Los productos devueltos sin notificación previa serán devueltos al cliente inmediatamente.

Las devoluciones por arrepentimiento o desistimiento sólo aplican a compras online y no a artículos adquiridos en tiendas físicas elcalordelhogar. Sólo se aceptarán productos sin lavar, sin usar, inodoros, sin modificaciones por parte del cliente (por ejemplo, fundas y ajustes), es decir, sin daños y con etiquetas de reemplazo adjuntas.
Una vez recibido el producto, será analizado para control de calidad, lo que puede demorar hasta 4 días. Si no está de acuerdo con las condiciones aquí descritas, notificaremos al cliente para que devuelva el producto.


Su reclamo será analizado en hasta 2 días hábiles y una vez que se identifique un problema, nos comunicaremos con usted por correo electrónico y podrá elegir una de las siguientes alternativas:
- Recibir nuevos productos a pedido.
- reembolso completo
- Consigue productos de igual valor.
- Reciba un cupón que contenga el valor del producto que podrá utilizar en futuras compras.
